Last week Dodger fans filled Dodger Stadium for the first home game of the season. This is the 60th anniversary of the iconic LA stadium. LADOT operations helped the opening day crowd have access to and from the stadium. This year marks 5 years since the installation of pedestrian and bicycle safety elements on Foothill Blvd that have resulted in a 100% reduction rate in fatal collisions. Over the weekend LADOT brought Play Streets to the Panorama City neighborhood. The Play Streets program enables the temporary closure of local streets to cars so that they can be transformed into spaces for play, learning, and fun for all ages.
