Presenting LADOT's New Strategic Plan

LADOT is pleased to announce the release of the LADOT Strategic Plan Update 2021 - 2023, a comprehensive document that will guide and shape our department’s work over the next several years.

Since the launch of its 2018 Strategic Plan, LADOT accomplished 82 percent of the goals and actions by the end of 2020. For most of 2020, we focused on pandemic-related response programs that provided a critical lifeline to Angelenos. While this constrained our priorities outlined in the 2018-2020 Strategic Plan, we are proud of our measurable,…

Today, LADOT released our new Strategic Plan for 2021 - 2023! Like the Strategic Plan that preceded it, this document will guide our department's goals and operations for the next three years. Unlike that plan (and the one before that), this one came together during a time of profound disruption.

We thank the 82 members of our Strategic Plan Working Group, the 17 members of our Racial Equity Core Team, and nearly 300 other staff who provided input on plan development, especially in the midst of everything else we have asked our essential workers and staff to do.

To provide support for the city’s COVID-19 vaccination efforts, LADOT continues to assist in…

Game On! Dodger Stadium Assumes New Role as COVID-19 Vaccination Site

This past Friday, as part of the larger effort to provide vaccinations in Los Angeles County, the City of Los Angeles converted the COVID-19 testing site at Dodger Stadium into an exclusive vaccination site. Mayor Garcetti Announces First-in-the-nation Urban Air Mobility Partnership

Mayor Eric Garcetti today announced the Urban Air Mobility Partnership, a first-in-the-nation initiative to make Los Angeles an unmistakable leader on urban air mobility.
