Over the weekend Angelenos gathered in South L.A. for the Planning for Stress-Free Connections Network Design Lab and Tree Adoption workshop hosted by LADOT in partnership with the Los Angeles Neighborhood Initiative (LANI) and MIG.

New Decorative Crosswalk Installed in Wilmington

This weekend the intersection of Figueroa St. and L St closed for approximately 24 hours for the construction of a decorative crosswalk. The crosswalk is a part of a People Street program through which community partners applu for treatments in their neighborhoods. L.A. Metro Resumes Fare Collection

Bus fare collection resumed this week for L.A. metro buses in Los Angeles. Note that LADOT DASH service remains fare free for all riders.

We encourage riders in need of financial assistance to enroll in Metro's Low Income Fare Is Easy (LIFE) Program to receive deeply discounted fares. Right now passes are on sale for half-price for transit riders and will be available through July 2022. LADOT Launches New Priority Bus Lanes In Downtown Los Angeles

LADOT joined Metro Board Chair Hilda Solis, Mayor Garcetti, and Councilmember Kevin de Leon to celebrate the new bus priority lanes on northbound Olive Street between 2nd Street and Pico and southbound Grand Avenue, between Hope Place and Pico Boulevard.
